Customers called in and knew what they wanted, THE LOWEST RATE. This was always an ARM product. If you quoted a fixed rate they would close with the lowest quote which would be an ARM elsewhere. Supply and demand concept. New Century and Greenpoint are done. A lot of the programs that disappeared are coming back including 100% purchase for &lt; 600 credit scores. We mostly do Jumbo Texas cash outs. I have a $ 5,000,000 deal that should close on Monday. Phone consultation to go over options and tell you what is needed.&lt;br /&gt;3. Order appraisal and open title.&lt;br /&gt;4. Submission .&lt;br /&gt;5. Underwriting requests are gathered if any.&lt;br /&gt;6. Closing.&lt;br /&gt;7.
